We specialize in custom outdoor cushions, including seat pads, bench cushions, chaise lounge cushions, ottoman cushions, throw pillows, and more. Whether you're replacing existing cushions or designing from scratch, we build to your exact specs.

Absolutely! If you’re unsure of your dimensions or want a perfect fit, you can send in your existing cushion or cover for us to recreate. We’ll return your original item along with your new custom cushion.

Production time typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks (may be longer), depending on the season and the complexity of your order. Once shipped, delivery within the continental U.S. usually takes 3–5 business days. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

We primarily ship within the United States, but international shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly for a quote and shipping options outside the U.S.

If you need to update your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes up to 24 hours after your order is placed. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Our custom cushions are covered by workmanship and materials under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from harsh cleaners, mold, mildew, neglect, or environmental exposure. Please see our Warranty Page for full terms.
